Suicide squad spoiler review ( in depth)

If you read my previous post, then you may have read that it was not as good as the film should have been. There are of course many reasons for this, the first being the fact that the script was written in a matter of six weeks, which is incredibly fast, and after the feedback from Batman v Superman, Warner Brothers are probably regretting this decision. As well as this  a lot of the film had to be re-shot, as test audiences preferred the lighter tone of the film, over the original dark concepts. This however made the film very depicted together, making it lose a lot of sense from act one to two, and the gives reason for the sudden change of tone. As well as this the soundtrack to the film was very slapped in, with a lot of it seeming very out of place in certain areas. The story itself for me had a lot of issues, one being that there are just too many characters there, even after the death of slipknot, causing the film to seem very cramped trying to focus on all of them. I did like Will Smith's Deadshot and how he fits into it all, as well as all the 3 minutes of Batman in the film, but the main let down is the joker, who really just sticks out like a sore arm, yep he's that much of a problem, but more on that in tommorws post. Over all the film seems very rushed in places letting down the overall aspect of the film unfortunately, and hopefully Warner Brothers will healthier act together for justice league in November.
