Released: 21st July 2017 BBFC rating: 12A Directed by: Christopher Nolan Cast: Fionn Whitehead, Harry Styles, Tom Hardy , Sir Kenneth Branagh, Mark Rylance, Cillian Murphy Dunkirk centres around the military evacuation of 400,000 troops from the French beaches, and looks at the different areas the scenarios take place. Released: June 1st 2017 ( United Kingdom ) BBFC rating 12 Directed by Patty Jenkins After the mixed response of Suicide Squad and Batman v Superman, the DCEU needed to come back with a film that would draw its audiences back to the home base and return to the former glory once presented by the studio. Wonder Woman has succeeded in its purpose, in both saving the DCEU as well as launching the female lead comic book movies into a brighter reputation. The film has a good directory, moving slowly from her origins on Themascara, into the battle torn Belgium and the front lines of World War 1. The most noticeable part of the movie is the differences audiences can see between the character in this movie and the one seen in BVS, with a more juvenile attitude, with less understanding of how the world works. There is still the element of darkness portrayed in the story, being serious in a script that would be hard to take seriously from the start, and the supporting cast is also great, with ...
