Now John Wick returns to find that he is being called back into work by a marker, and John (Keanu Reeves) has no choice to start working again. It starts pretty much where the last one left off, where we find Mr. Wick dissolving the last of the Tarasov empire. After finally hoping for a retirement John is found by Santonia D'Antonio, who forces him to come back to work, at any cost. The film has everything that made the last one great, with the same action style and brutality of the first film, but still brings new aspects to a simple revenge story, which doesn't leave you feeling like your watching a copy paste of the last one.
