Guardian's of the galaxy: Volume 2
BBFC rating 12 Released May 5th 2017 ( U.K.) Directed by James Gunn After the huge success of the first Guardian's of the galaxy movie , it was fitting that Marvel would green light the second space flick. Taking place after the events of the first one, the Guardian's are found as a hand for hire, but after causing a dispute with The Sovereign, they find themselves crashed on a distant planet where they meet Ego, the father of Star Lord. The film manages to maintain a level of interest for the whole run time, having great characters, new and returning, as well as stunning spectacles and some light hearted comedy. Together the total blend of the film works really well, along with the return of a mainly 70's soundtrack and some Easter eggs for those keen eyed views. The storyline is also very compelling, bringing a touch of reliability to a sci fi film, my only issue is that there seems to be multiple stories going on at once for a while in the story, which splits cha...
